自做孽...

Treachery! Since when did my fats started growing around my mid section again? Tmd! N i didn't realize until recently when i put on some of my clothes only to realize they're horribly tight. Damn it. A full inch and perhaps more. How did it happen??? 自做孽,不可活。Just great... as if i needed the extra buldge.

A little help here people. I welcome all slimming tips. Would be great if it targets the mid section. Getting a horde of abdominal and rear fat.

Ask Trixie... She's the cellulite guru...

Reference to previous post regarding hard disks. I could get a new hard disk and fix it up for you, but it'll cost on average about 250...

Sometimes I wonder whether these service personnel actually know what they're doing...

But then again... From the O levels till now, you've managed to lose quite a bit of weight?... What's happened now?...

Maybe just going back to the old regime? Doing again what you did to lose that much weight?

Oh ya. As for the hard drive. Golly its $250? How much space in there? Hmmm... n that service guy told me i could get it at over a $100.

Sure... a 20GB laptop harddisk would cost that much, but are you looking for just a replacement?

I'm guessing when the service desk person said 100 odd, I think he or she meant replacing it with a similar part, but mobile parts are normally much more expensive due to the miniaturisation and stuff, so normally when you're replacing laptop parts, it's most advisable to get an upgrade at the same time.

I spent about 250 when I changed my 20GB to a 80GB harddisk...

3.5" harddisk drives are for desktop PCs... You could get one of that size, but you're not gonna be able to squeeze it into your laptop, regardless of how much pounding and squeezing you do...

Notebook PCs use a smaller footprint 2.5" harddisk...

Hence I said, miniaturisation...

Before I forgot, latest laptop designs of probably half a year ago, have started using an even smaller 1.8" footprint harddisk...

But I think yours is a 2.5" like mine, so no worries...
